Women’s football is maturing rapidly in many places, but not in the North. Do clubs have to invest much more for this, or is there simply a lack of enthusiasm or talent?
62 percent of the participants agree with the statement of the day. ,,Women’s football is the future”, someone writes. “Women’s football is an indispensable part of the sport. And that’s nice to see,” added another.
“Women’s football is getting better and faster. Enjoyed Orange at the World Cup. Often much nicer than the men”, says another proponent.
Opponents are in the minority at 38 percent. “Women have to be emancipated as they are, find their own way in football. How long did it take for men’s football to reach this level?”, writes an opponent.
“The ‘should’ bothers me. Life is about demand, which creates supply,” writes one participant.
