The Dutch Public Prosecution Service drags a company behind a wagon of a fatal accident in 2018 to court

In 2018, a dramatic rail accident took place in Oss in the Netherlands between a train and an electric wagon, the Stint. Four children (4, 4, 6 and 8) were killed. A fifth child and an attendant were seriously injured. Now, almost five years later, the Dutch Public Prosecution Service (OM) is taking two companies and the executives responsible for the production and sale of the Stint to court.
