Police raided Miller’s home in the Sydney suburb of Rozelle.

Police found two kilograms of a substance suspected to be heroin and $75,000 in cash in Miller’s home. At the time of his arrest, Miller was wearing only jeans.

Now more information has emerged about Miller’s case, he says 9News mixed news.com.au website.

In the trial, it was said that Miller took methamphetamine worth 2.2 million dollars, or about 2.2 million euros, to another man. According to the documents, Miller would have traveled 280 kilometers.

He had hidden in a secret compartment a bag with eight candles and a total of almost four kilograms of crystal methamphetamine.

Crown prosecutor by David Scully according to Miller had organized the transportation of the drugs and showed his assistants how to use candles to hide the drugs.

Text messages between Miller and three other arrested men were also reviewed at the trial.

– Miller is not just a smuggler. He is at the top of the hierarchy of these four accused, the prosecutor said.

In court, it was told how Miller had sent a text message to one of his fellow criminals, in which he told how to separate drugs from candle wax.

According to Scully, Miller has supposedly been transporting drugs because of orders from abroad. It reveals that he was involved in criminal activity.

Appeals to mental health problems

Miller’s attorney Arjun Chabra told the court on Thursday that the unusual and lonely youth of the swimmer drove him to bad roads.

– That started a lonely and depressed adulthood, marred by substance abuse and depression.

Miller wrote two letters apologizing for his actions and detailing his mental health issues and his childhood.

– He didn’t go to school, didn’t have friends, and the academic and emotional education he received as a teenager was outside of his life.

Chabra said Miller lived a life that was heavily driven by competition. However, he was left without the necessary guidance.

At the time of his arrest, Miller suffered from depression and anxiety and regularly used drugs.

The lawyer also said that the death of Miller’s wife pushed the man down this path once and for all.

Miller’s wife took her own life and her body was found on the morning of Miller’s birthday in 2014.

– This public shame and embarrassment has worsened his current life.

However, the court did not believe Miller’s explanations, and found that they were loosely related to his drug crime.

– It is likely to consciously become a drug dealer about 20 years later. This is suitable as background material, the prosecutor said.

Miller remains in custody and will be sentenced on November 10. Miller has pleaded guilty to transporting drugs and participating in a criminal group.

In his swimming career, he won both silver and bronze at the Atlanta Olympics.
