Third division football club SC Verl is making a change of coach in the relegation battle. Guerino Capretti was released on Tuesday and will be succeeded by Michel Kniat, who comes from SC Paderborn. Most recently, the SCV had only got three points from the past five games.
Kniat has been given a contract at Verl until June 30, 2024. “In Michel we have hired our absolute dream coach. We are convinced that he can quickly get the team back on the road to success,” said SCV sports director Raimund Bertels.
Lost is Table-17. and is currently in a relegation zone.
