Fashion brand Salvatore Santoro, founded in 1887, has opened a new showroom at Via Marcona 3, the company announced on Friday. On 380 square meters, designed by Parisotto + Formenton Architetti, the showroom combines architecture, materials and staging to create a lively brand experience, according to the statement.
In the center of the room, a metal staircase cuts through the showroom and acts simultaneously as a path, viewing point and theatrical element. A central mirror multiplies perspectives and actively invites visitors to become part of the brand story. Furniture and installations interrupt the linear spatial flow, opening up unexpected paths and places for reflection, while ten historical pieces tell the origins of the brand and make craftsmanship and memory tangible.
“The showroom is designed as a place for events,” explain the architects. “Relationships, paths and points of view create dialogues between materials, bodies and looks. Visitors, customers and partners actively shape the brand’s identity, experiment with combinations, observe details and move through the space as protagonists.”
Today the company is continued by the second generation. Francesco Santoro, Creative Director, is responsible for product development and aesthetics, while Benedetta Santoro, Director of Commercial and Communication, leads strategy and dialogue with customers, partners and the press.
