Last summer it became clear that the investigating judge had not charged anyone and had transferred the file to the federal prosecutor. There were certain objections against a few people, but these now appear to be insufficient to proceed with a prosecution.
The indictment chamber must now review the special investigative methods used, after which the case will be dropped.
