S.Oliver Group with a new showroom and changed order cycle

The S.Oliver Group, which owns the brands S.Oliver, Comma, Q/S by S.Oliver and Liebeskind Berlin, has opened a new showroom with a hybrid concept based on the Düsseldorf model in the new Euro Fashion Center building in Sindelfingen. The group brands are now presented in a flexible shopfitting system covering around 1,400 square meters.

In addition to the classic presentation of goods using sample parts in the shop, digital tools are also being integrated into the hybrid showroom. Digital “cinemas” in modern meeting rooms allow innovative collection presentations and should enable a new type of order.

With the new showroom, the group wants to invest in the future and in cooperation with wholesalers. In doing so, the group is building on the positive experiences in the Hybrid Fashion Studio Düsseldorf, the group said in a press release. Daniel Schmidt, Director Sales S.Oliver Group: “The cinemas for the presentation of the collection are fully booked there and the digital terminals are used actively by both our sales teams and customers. It’s no longer about seeing all the samples live. It is the right mixture that makes the difference.”

In the services, the Hybrid Fashion Studio combines the existing offers of the showrooms with the advantages of digital ordering, tailored to the requirements of the retail partners. In the digital B2B portal of the s.Oliver Group, the Global Order Spot, they can fill their shopping cart in advance, feel haptic samples again in the showroom and then complete the order together with their sales manager. In addition, the showroom is also to be used for events outside of the order.

From March 2022, the group of companies will also start a new order cycle: The new collections will then be presented four times a year, which should be even more focused and clearly tailored to the needs of customers.
