Rotterdam is at the forefront of all cities in the Netherlands when it comes to lawsuits about possible social security fraud. Nearly a quarter of all appeals filed last year in this regard came from Rotterdam. That appears according to Fidelity from an inventory of all rulings in 2021 of the Central Appeals Board (CRvB), the highest court in social security cases.
