Those who have been ill with the omicron strain of coronavirus have fewer symptoms than after the delta strain. This was stated by Tatyana Ruzhentsova, Deputy Director for Clinical Work of the Moscow Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology named after Gabrichevsky Rospotrebnadzor, reports TASS.
“So far, in general, it seems that after the“ omicron ”the recovered patients have fewer symptoms than after its predecessor (delta strain. – RBC). Less often, there are signs of thrombosis, stable cardiovascular and gastrointestinal disorders, ”said Ruzhentsova.
