It was only after the death of Victoria Jones that court documents became known that suggested she was pregnant.
After actor Tommy Lee Jones lost his daughter Victoria Jones at the beginning of the year, new information surrounding her death is now coming to light. She is said to have been pregnant at the time of death.
Court documents reveal new details
According to court documents obtained by US Weekly, the deceased was pregnant months before her death. This emerges from Santa Cruz County documents dated October 1, 2025. It said: “Solicitor has been informed and believes that Ms Jones is pregnant.”
Victoria Jones was found motionless in the hallway of a hotel in San Francisco on January 1, 2026. Rescue workers were alerted at around 2:52 a.m., but they arrived too late. It is currently unknown whether she was still pregnant at the time of her death.
Documents are related to arrest
The files that have now been made public are in connection with an arrest of the then 34-year-old for being drunk in public and resisting an officer. The arrest was part of a series of numerous run-ins with the law over the past year. These included drug possession, drunk driving, domestic assault and abuse of an elderly person.
Her death on New Year’s Day is also said to be related to drug use. The 911 call recording described a “Code 3 overdose” and a “color change” of the body. However, the official cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
Conflicts within the family
It is also said from those around Victoria Jones, who used to work as an actress, that there were always strong conflicts between her and her family, which caused concern among her friends. Her father, who took legal action against his daughter in the past to protect her, was said by insiders to be a constant in her life despite all the problems. According to reports from People, the “Men in Black” actor had filed a petition in Marin County court for guardianship of his daughter.
