Railway union wants to strike again for three days | Domestic

The trade union ACOD Spoor has submitted a notice for a new three-day strike for the railways.

The socialist trade union ACOD Spoor submits a new strike notice for the railways. This covers promotions from Monday, January 29 at 10 p.m. to Thursday, February 1 at 10 p.m.

This would be the third strike on the railway in a short time. There was already a 48-hour strike in both November and December. The first time, the liberal VSOA Spoor and ACV Transcom also supported the action, the second time the Christian union dropped out.

It is not yet clear whether the other unions would also participate in the new 72-hour strike.

The unions are taking action because of dissatisfaction with the course of negotiations about the plans of the railway company NMBS to increase efficiency.
