Captain of the U19
Hamburger SV has provided another talent from their own youth with a new contract. Elijah Krahn, who made his professional debut this season on matchday 21 against Darmstadt 98, has extended his expiring working paper until 2024. This was announced by his consulting agency FTC via Instagram.
The 18-year-old midfielder is mainly used for the U19s and is the captain there, but has also been in the squad eight times. Arlind Rexhepi (18), Felix Paschke (18) and Steven Mensah (19) extended before Krahn.
