Prison staff throughout Flanders lay down their work: “There is great mistrust”

In protest against the overcrowding and the staff shortage, the staff in the prisons in Flanders and Vorst and Sint-Gillis have stopped working en masse today. Only in Hoogstraten is there sufficient staff available to follow the usual daily schedule. This is reported by the Prison Service.
