Police union shouts for help after teenage police officer stabs: “These are going to be American situations”

In Peer, Limburg, a 12-year-old boy lashed out mercilessly yesterday afternoon at a local police officer who was controlling traffic at the time. During a heated argument with his 17-year-old brother and their mom, the young teenager pulled out his knife and stabbed the officer in the back. The officer collapsed and was taken to hospital in a non-life-threatening manner, and the boy was arrested. “Now that even minors are no longer in awe of the uniform, the worst imaginable threatens to approach us,” the police union reacts incensed.
