The union feared for the safety of the police officers who are supposed to protect the minister.

For months, the minister and his family have been given police protection, a security measure after a kidnapping attempt. The trade union wanted to know whether standard equipment was sufficient for this and therefore wanted to view the risk analysis. In the meantime, this was possible and the fears turned out to be justified, but just before the strike at the beginning of March, the threat level also dropped.
