Weatherman Piet Paulusma was appointed knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau on Friday afternoon. The 65-year-old television icon was surprised in the Statenzaal of the provincial government in Leeuwarden, where his twin brother Lume pinned the award on him. This happened in the presence of the King’s Commissioner, Arno Brok.
