The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov called the news that Vladimir Putin put on a bulletproof vest during his New Year’s address as nonsense, informs Daily Storm edition.

“This is complete nonsense! The guys obviously overdid it on New Year’s Eve, ”he said.
