“D’Hose en Pillen hebben both as jong parlementslid op korte tijd een indrukwekkend traject afgelegd. This is the reason why we are going to change the part inside the door,” aldus Lachaert.
‘minor state’
D’hose (40) are in 2019 Vlaams parliamentslid and will be a year later Senaatsvoorzitster. Previously he worked on the Open Vld fraction in the Vlaams parliament and on the culture cabinet of the Vlaams minister Sven Gatz. In Ghent there is a fraction in the gemeenteraad. “In the first plaats vind ik het belangrijk om onze liberal stamp te print op het debat over een efficiëntere en smaller staat en een betere politiek, maar ook op cultuur zal ik ons liberaal verhaal blijven uitdragen”, reageert ze.

Van staatshervorming tot migration

Tijdens deDIneuwjaarsreceptie blinkten premier Alexander De Croo en vorzitter Egbert Lachaert also terug op het afgelopen jaar. For Lachaert is “de coronacrisis for one generation on one orlog. Ikzelf still my other raised a door log meegemaakt.
