Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia are meeting today in Berlin about the conflicts between Moscow and Kiev. The consultations of these four countries took shape at an international commemoration of D-Day in 2014 in Normandy. This so-called Normandy consultation group succeeded in 2015 in defusing the conflict in eastern Ukraine with agreements concluded in Minsk (Belarus).
