The murder of the father of five, Abdulcelil B. (47) in Wedding – the case remains unsolved even one day after the witnesses were called. Since Saturday, the police have been looking for witnesses with a picture of the murdered man and his vehicle.
But so far only “three clues have been received by the homicide squad,” as a police spokesman said on Sunday when asked by the BZ. There was not a decisive lead.
On Thursday evening, at 7 p.m., shots rang out through the darkness on Kühnemannstrasse in Gesundbrunnen. The driver’s door of a BMW X5 – parked on the side of the road at number 30 – opened and the seriously injured Abdulcelil B. fell to the asphalt.
He had apparently been shot in the driver’s seat of his car – presumably in the head. So far, investigators have neither confirmed nor denied this. The perpetrator or perpetrators are on the run.

The father lived with the children and his wife in Hennigsdorf. Accordingly, his car has a license plate with “OHV – CB 473.”
