How were the beginnings of Cavaliere and how did they evolve?
The company emerged as a small undertaking by the brothers Adrián and Federico Cavaliere in 2014, which was based on the sale of marble basins with classic furniture, taps and bathroom accessories, in a small 15 m2 local located in Puerto de Fruits in Tigre. Despite being a small place, the circulation of people was very high, which greatly favored the brand to grow, take shape and strength, for a few years later to be able to face the next step, which would be the own manufacture of the products.
At first it arose as a game of experiments, in a small workshop located in the town of Burzaco, south of the Greater Buenos Aires. Later, different techniques were developed and refined. The designs, colors and different materials were transformed into innovative vanity, that the public was increasingly amazed by the designs that went out of the ordinary to what the market offered.
Currently the brand has a showroom of more than 300 m2 in the Puerto de Frutos. In addition to all the points of sale located in different parts of the country.
What products do you have available?
Currently for bathrooms and kitchens we have various types of designs and materials; from “piece by piece” artisan techniques that result in potholes with very novel shapes, to more classic ones, with solid plates with straight designs. Among the materials used we have national and imported marbles, quartz and natural stone coatings. Different types of wood are used to make our furniture, such as kiri, poplar, eucalyptus and paradise, all of these solid with excellent qualities. Different techniques are used for painting depending on the color. Also, we have more than twenty items in our catalog between skates and plain.
In turn, exclusive designs of interior furniture such as cabinets, TV basses, night tables, among others, were incorporated into our catalog.
At Cavaliere we stand out for design. We do not seek to make copies of other brands. That was and will be our success, to make an outstanding product that the buyer feels that they are acquiring a product that has a custom design that was manufactured to suit them. As it is a handmade product, there are no two Cavaliere items that are exactly the same, that means that each one is unique and unrepeatable.
What goals do you have for the years to come?
In the future, the brand has the challenge of continuing to open stores to expand the brand throughout the country.
Expanding our workshop is within our priority. We currently have an area of 1000 m2 in which twenty employees work. This would be essential to continue incorporating machinery and developing new products. As a result of this, we want to add official resellers who want to have our brand in their store.
