New CFO at Mister Spex

The Berlin omnichannel optician Mister Spex SE has a new chief financial officer.

Stephan Schulz-Gohritz will take over the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the turn of the year, Mister Spex announced on Monday. In addition to managing all financial issues, he will also be responsible for company expansion through mergers and the purchase of shares.

Schulz-Gohritz brings more than 20 years of experience in developing companies, leading turnarounds and building strong teams, according to the statement. He is currently CFO at cardiac rhythm therapy specialist Biotronik SE & Co. KG. Before that, he held various management positions at the medical and care product provider Hartmann AG.

“Stephan’s background includes two decades of experience and a track record of driving the strategic expansion of listed companies,” said Peter Williams, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mister Spex. “His extensive expertise in financial planning and corporate strategy will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and increasing profitability.”
