Foreign ministers of the 30 NATO countries will hold an emergency video link meeting on Friday about the situation at the Russian-Ukrainian border. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will lead the meeting. The program includes the Russian troop build-up on the border and the security guarantees requested by Moscow. A press conference will follow afterwards.
