Nahir Galarza denounced the psychologist Gabriel Cartañá

Nahir Galarza adds a new combat front after the complaint against his father as responsible for the murder of Fernando Pastorizo (of which were fulfilled 5 years weeks ago), which the Gualeguaychú justice quickly dismissed.

“You must proceed to rejection in limine in relation to the statement that it would be Mr. Marcelo Galarza -father of Nahir- the author of the homicide of Fernando Pastorizzo, for having dealt with that event and aired it in an Oral and Public Trial, and confirmed it in various superior instances”, indicated the opinion of the Gualeguaychú Fiscal Unit.

Now the young woman, and after a failed mediation hearing, is targeting someone who knew how to present herself in the media as her psychologist, Gabriel Cartana, known for his role as a panelist on “blessed tv” (Channel 9), the program hosted by Beto Casella, and also on “The Divorcee’s Club” (The thirteen)

The lawsuit against the Venezuelan doctor (MN 32,810) is titled “Nahir Galarza C/ Cartañá Borlenghi Gabriel S/Damages”, and began on the eve of the judicial fair in the Civil and Commercial Court No. 4 of Paraná, in charge of Judge Elena Beatriz Albornoz.

According to the young woman sentenced to life, “Gabriel Cartana was offered in 2018 insistently to carry out an expert for which he would make three trips to visit her in her cell at the Commissioner for Minority and Women in the city of Gualeguaychú to perform a battery of twelve professional tests”

As stated at the time by Galarza’s technical defense, through Dr. Horacio Dargainz, and as stated in the records of visits, Cartañá only conducted two 40-minute interviews, and sent, according to the lawyer’s complaint, “a basic and incomplete expertise regarding the promised tests that was rejected.”

Galarza and his defenders state that the psychologist used that link to “reveal your privacy failing to comply with professional secrecy and the obligations as an expert”, presenting himself as “The Psychologist of Nahir”. “The decision is sue him criminally and civilly so that no other woman should go through such a violation of her privacy, be violated in television spaces for economic benefit, without any scruples and in breach of due professional secrecy, ”they expressed.

Cartañá defended himself by arguing that the complaint “is just a promotion maneuver by his lawyer and it will not prosper”, referring to Raquel Hermida Legend, Galarza’s lawyer, although the lawsuit was filed by another of the lawyers in the case, Marcelo Franco from the city of Paraná.

Galarza would have described Cartañá, according to the book “El Silencio de Nahir”, by his former spokesman Jorge Zonzini, as “old buchón and fraud”, and would have celebrated when seeing his “betrayal”: “thank goodness I didn’t open up to him, for me he was just a slimy old man who said the same nonsense as on Bendita TV”.

The Human Core Foundation accompanied the legal action with a presentation before the “Ethics Tribunal and Discipline of the College of Psychologists of Buenos Aires”, similar to the one received in 2017 by the controversial media psychologist Gervasio Díaz Castelli for his professional actions in the days prior to the suicide of his patient, the model Rocío Gancedo.

In 2018, the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 8 ruled in favor of Díaz Castelli and ordered the case filed for “non-existence of crime”, “leaving express mention that the formation of this case in no way affects the good name and honor ” of psychologist.
