Almost six weeks before the Paralympics in Beijing, monoskier Anna-Lena Forster impressively underlined her medal ambitions.

The 26-year-old from Radolfzell won her fourth gold medal at the World Para Snowsports Championships in Lillehammer.

After winning the downhill, super-G and super combined titles, Forster also won the slalom. “It’s gigantic, I’m really happy that I made it in the slalom,” said the two-time Paralympic champion from 2018.

But she was not quite as satisfied with her “performance, but it was enough”.

In the giant slalom, Forster fell while in the lead. The parallel slalom will take place on Sunday.
