The victim reported with a stab wound to a catering facility on Flevoplein in Zeewolde and was then taken to hospital by ambulance. It is not clear where the stabbing incident took place. The suspect reported to the police by telephone and was arrested at 10 p.m.
The police are further investigating the background of the incident.
