With the aim of involving the little ones and their families was born Mindful Camp. A program, on the air from Monday to Friday at 14.05 on DeA Junior (Sky, 623)conducted by the actress, yoga teacher, health coach and mom Margot Sikabonyi.
Two children will accompany Margot on this journey through mindfulness: Elija and Zeldawhich will lend themselves to the games proposed by Margot for the management of emotions, the knowledge of one’s body and much more.
The Mindfulness tent for children
In this second edition of Mindful Camp he will return to Mindfulness curtain, a special, welcoming and colorful place that transports those who enter it into a new dimension. A world in which children learn to know each other by listening to themselves and their body. To make the group even more cheerful there will also be the Gentile bunny and the Careful monkeywhich will guide the little viewers in the visualization and imagination of objects, people and emotions.
The game of the Cloud
In each episode we will talk about senses, breathing, emotions, thoughts and how to interact with your body.
