They felt like royalty in their renovated house, Mieke van Gog (66) and Cor Segeren (72) from Deurne. Until a new neighbor suddenly erected a wall almost twenty meters long and 3.20 meters high. A few feet away from their house, to be exact. “A permit-free construction. And it was nowhere on the drawings.”
