Michael Madsen mourns the loss of his son Hudson Lee Madsen. He died in his native Hawaii at the age of 26. The cause of death has not yet been officially confirmed, but Hudson allegedly took his own life.

“Our hearts are broken and we are overcome with sorrow and pain at the passing of Hudson,” the 64-year-old actor said in a statement on Tuesday morning (January 25, 2022). “His thoughts and light will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. We ask for privacy and respect at this difficult time. I thank you”.
Hudson died on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The local authorities suspect suicide as the cause of death, but this has not yet been officially confirmed. The 26-year-old lives in Wahiawa, Hawaii with his wife Carlie. He was previously in the service of the US military and was sent to Afghanistan, among other places.
In addition to Hudson Lee, Michael Madsen has four other children, Christian, Calvin, Max and Luke. Hudson’s godfather was director Quentin Tarantino. He worked with Michael on films like Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
