In Alo’s bistró (Av. Blanco Encalada 2120, Boulogne) they will prepare a national menu of a high gastronomic level. It will be a day of double celebration since, in turn, they will celebrate their ninth anniversary. There will be a menu with an entry of fried lamb empanadas; a very Creole main course of locro prepared with brisket, pork breast, oxtail, bondiola, pig’s trotters, white corn, lima beans and corn; sweet potato or quince cakes; and a Rogel cake with Mauricio Couly’s Jersey cow dulce de leche. Its chef, the talented Alejandro Féraud, is recognized as one of the promoters of cuisine that values local seasonal products and prioritizes the work of small and medium-sized local producers.

To celebrate with the family, Joe’s Grill restaurant (Av. Fondo de la Legua 340, San Isidro) will serve a tenderloin empanada and a classic lentil stew for $3,900 per person. For dessert or in the afternoon, they will have homemade cupcakes. You can try it for $5,500 with a glass of wine. It should be noted that their pizzas are made with sourdough, organic flour and a long fermentation process, resulting in light, tasty and crunchy.
