The Máxima MC says it was informed by an anonymous reporter “that an overview with patient information from a small group of patients has ended up in the hands of this reporter”.
“This reporter indicates that he/she has found an overview containing confidential data of patients who were in a department in MMC during a shift. It is currently not clear who is behind this anonymous report and how this document is in the hands. from the anonymous reporter,” according to the statement on the website.
The Máxima MC says that protecting the privacy of its patients is “our highest priority” and is investigating.
