Man in accident receives letter from Fluvius with ‘damage report’
His brother died on January 26 after falling into a Fluvius construction site in Izegem the day before. The signage and security left something to be desired, as it turned out. A few days later a letter with the title ‘Notification of damage’ arrived. A disgrace, says his brother Stefan. The content of the letter is also very confusing.
