VeurneStudent Lieze Platevoet (22) from Veurne started the new year with an internship. In mid-December, she was still desperately looking for a wheelchair-accessible internship at a marketing company in Ghent. Her appeal through, among others, this newspaper was widely read and shared. Lieze was suddenly overwhelmed with offers. From all the reactions she has now chosen a place where she can do her internship this spring.
