Bundesliga soccer team VfL Bochum has to do without central defender Ivan Ordets for an indefinite period of time.
As the club announced, the 31-year-old Ukrainian suffered a serious muscle injury in the 2-2 draw against FSV Mainz 05 on Friday.
Ordets, who came to Bochum from Dynamo Moscow in 2022, has been in the starting line-up in all of VfL’s competitive games this season.
