The day will start dry in most places on Friday with broad clear spells and some clouds. To the south of Sambre and Meuse, low clouds can be expected, especially in the Ardennes, with a risk of freezing fog. The RMI warns against frost and ice spots.

Later in the day it will become cloudy with a chance of a light shower that can be winters in the High Ardennes. The west of the country may remain completely dry. The maximums are between 2 degrees in the High Fens and locally 8 degrees in Flanders.

Tonight it will clear up in most places and it will freeze everywhere. The minimums are between -1 and -6 degrees.

Saturday will start off cold with widespread frost and broad clear spells in most places. Later in the day there will be more high and medium cloud fields, but it will remain dry. The maximums are between 3 degrees in the High Fens and 7 degrees in Flanders.

Clouds will gradually increase on Sunday and a rain zone will reach the west of the country by evening. The maximums are reached towards evening and are between 6 degrees in the High Fens and 10 degrees in the center. The moderate southerly wind will increase and become quite strong.
