The argument of rock veterans Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen with President Donald Trump has long been part of the subordinate noise of US politics. Now Young has decided to make an amazing gesture. He publishes a new contribution via his info platform “Neil Young Archives” in which he (rather general) announces his hope of peace and sends Trump a personal invitation:
“If I tour through the USA this summer and there is no war law until then, which of course would prevent live appearances,” he writes with an ironic undertone, “let us come together and stand up for the American values.”
And directly at the previously caught: “This will not be a political show. We play music that we love and all appreciate together. President Trump, they are invited. Come and listen to our music, as you have done for decades.”

To do this, he makes an arch with his colleague from New Jersey: “Bruce Springsteen and many others move through our country this summer. We will be at the start and play their favorite music. Songs like ‘Born in the USA’. We are proud to be that we are. Our government must never forget that.”
In the past few weeks, Trump and Springsteen had delivered a far -documented feud. This began, when the boss described Trump as a “incompetent president” in an England guest game and accused him of leading a “corrupt, incompetent and treacherous government”.
Trump promptly countered on his “Truth Social” platform. He described Springsteen as dried rockers and unfamiliar shouts. He also threatened with an official examination of the campaign support for the democratic candidate Kamala Harris by numerous pop and rock stars. His fake video with the golf ball, which he ballerted on Springsteen, went around the world.
Young stood behind Springsteen at the time. He explained that he was not afraid of Trump and asked the president to think about how to save America in front of the Slabassel that they have done … they forget their actual job. They work for us. Wake up, republicans! This guy is out of control. We need a real president! “
So now from Young a kind of “reconciliation message” that the Trump camp has so far left unanswered.
As part of his “Love Earth” world tour with the Chrome Hearts, which will also lead him to Berlin, Mönchengladbach and Stuttgart in July, he can be seen again in Canada and the USA from August 8th.
Whether Donald Trump can be seen on one of his shows, accompanied by a hundred of “security service” people with dark sunglasses, can be doubted.
