The famous actress, Honored Artist of the RSFSR Elena Proklova confirmed that she was in intensive care at one of the capital’s hospitals.
“Everything is fine with me, I am currently in intensive care,” Proklova told the newspaper Vechernyaya Moskva.
Earlier it became known that the 68-year-old actress was hospitalized on January 10 with high blood pressure and severe dizziness. MRI of the brain showed a stroke, Proklova was transferred to intensive care. Doctors assess her condition as moderate.
The actress and widow of Nikolai Karachentsev, Lyudmila Porgina, suggested that Proklova could get into intensive care due to the atmospheric pressure drop due to sudden changes in the weather. According to her, recently Proklova looked great and was often published. Porgina called Proklova and herself “fighting girls”.
