And now we’ll see how this squad, so homogenous with Boldt and Walter and brimming with alternatives, will do. 10 million spent and the only trained right-back is an 18-year-old talent. But Walter doesn’t need defense anyway because there’s only one direction anyway and that’s forward. I already hear the pks in the future. We would have liked to, but with all the injuries it just wasn’t possible. But we keep to ourselves and break away from the table…

What an unnecessary comment. Oh man man… I have no idea how people are banging on about things that didn’t happen, but while you’re at it, there’s 70 million in the Euro jackpot. In the jackpot, thank you very much! strong

I always find it cool. Selling these comments that everything bad that might, might come in the future, is already true. Laughing and if it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t matter. Nobody cares.
One should not distribute the bear’s fur until it has been killed. thumbs up

And to get to the RV thing. You have two players each for RV and LV. And although Heyer hasn’t played this all his youth, he’s at a completely good level on RV to perform the position. You saw that last season and this one again. I’d rather have him on the RV than many others who have learned that. Heyer is ahead of some of them. In addition, he was never injured in his career until yesterday. So knitting a negative point out of it is so adventurous..

But he’s not entirely wrong. The squad is not strong, especially in width. Especially flat on RV and in the central storm.

And badmouthing the subject of things that haven’t happened yet: If he waited until things really happened and then expressed his opinion, it would again mean “You always know everything better afterwards”.

Marcellus post was maybe a bit too cynical, but in terms of content it was a perfectly understandable criticism and a negative scenario that I also thought was quite likely.

So 2 RVs are enough for me, in width, Mikelbrencis was already a regular player in a first league and in a second league. The man has come to the end of the transfer window and has to get used to Walter’s system, it took most people 3/4 of a season, so you have to give him credit for that. But that should have been granted to everyone else. The reasons for the late transfers receded a few weeks ago. Just to debunk the point before.

And to say that having 2 players in each AV position would be sparse is just plain wrong. The only sparsely occupied position is the centre-forward type that Glatzel embodies. All other positions are at least well filled in the breadth AND top.

And topic Jonas David. There’s a reason we kept David and lent Ambrose. Both are players of a similar level, with a similar talent, the difference is the facilities. Ambrosius is much more classic in the position than David is, David is an offensive, playing IV and is miles above Ambrosius in this area.

In Walter’s football, however, the point is much more relevant than Ambrosius’ strengths, so David was kept and he proved last season that he is a good IV.
