House prices rose faster in only three EU countries than in the Netherlands

The Netherlands is in the top five of EU countries where house prices have risen the most. In the third quarter of 2021, homes in the European Union were worth just over 9 percent more on average than a year earlier, but in our country they became almost 17 percent more expensive, according to the European statistics agency Eurostat. Prices rose faster in only three EU Member States.
