At least some Hertha fans are very dissatisfied with their club: According to media reports, they stormed a training session on Saturday. There should have been loud discussions.

The news of a storm of Hertha training fans first circulated on Twitter on Saturday evening. According to this, around 90 supporters, probably from the area around the east curve, should have gotten to the training ground. The footballers had previously been greeted there with a large sign that read “Shame”, reports the “Bild” newspaper.

Club confirmed incident

It was probably about the poor performance in the cup game against Union Berlin. The fans apparently verbally attacked individual players. The association confirmed the incident to “Bild”. After a while, however, the supporters left the premises in an orderly manner.

The campaign was not well received on Twitter. “It’s a shame… to be honest. I’m just as much a Hertha fan and Berliner as you are. Where do you take the right to storm training and think you’re entitled to do shit like that,” wrote @abu_internetz, for example .

Others worried about bad headlines. “Constructive criticism is different,” said the user Blogwork Orange. Credric Picker, on the other hand, said: “I’m against violence like at Schalke, but an exchange between players and fans, albeit unfriendly, is necessary.”
