The reunion with defending champions PSG will be a benchmark for Munich. t-online tells you where you can watch the duel.

It’s not a finale. Not even a knockout game. And yet everyone in Europe is waiting for this game in the Champions League. “Oh yes, I’m happy,” announced coach Vincent Kompany from FC Bayern before the giants’ meeting with defending champions Paris Saint-Germain in the Prinzenpark.

“If these two teams don’t go full throttle, then we don’t need to go to the stadium anymore,” remarked the Belgian. And Kompany even gave the showdown between the first in the table and the second on Tuesday a headline: “Rock ‘n’ Roll in Paris!” Paris coach Luis Enrique, on the other hand, was respectful before the duel. “It’s clear at the moment that they are very strong. The fact that they have won their last 15 games is incredible. We are already struggling to win three or four games,” he said on Monday.

The Munich team lost the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup against PSG (0-2), but they are almost a fearful opponent of the French in the “premier league”. Bayern have won the last four duels to nil. Since star striker Kylian Mbappé scored for Paris in a 3-2 win in Munich in April 2021, his former club has been without a goal against the Germans in 382 minutes. No other team has defeated Paris more times in this competition (eight times).

The streaming provider Prime Video has the exclusive broadcast rights for the match between FC Bayern and Paris Saint-Germain. In concrete terms, this means: Access to this Champions League game is not possible without a paid Prime subscription.
