Heracles and angry fans in conversation on Monday about Rai Vloet’s return | Football

Vloet returned to the training field last week and came in on Saturday during the away game against NEC (0-0). A few dozen supporters of Heracles were waiting for the players bus when they returned to Almelo. They talked to, among others, general manager Rob Toussaint, chairman Henk Bredewoud and trainer Frank Wormuth. Vloet had not traveled back to Almelo by team bus.

In November, Vloet was in the car with a friend that crashed into another car on the A4. One of the occupants, a 4-year-old boy, died as a result of the collision. Police confirmed last week that it was Vloet who had been behind the wheel. He was under the influence of alcohol.
