Harelbeke remains undefeated
Harelbeke started the game best, but Petegem created the greatest danger early in the game. It was mainly a physical battle with many tough header duels. There were no chances in the first period.
The start of the second half was promising with chances for both teams. Vandenbroucke extended a corner to Vandekerckhove. He headed in from close range: 1-0 with 25 minutes left on the clock.
Harelbeke defended with all his might for his own goal. It could not avoid a free kick in a dangerous place. Specialist Joye van Petegem curled the ball in wonderfully. De Ketelaere was completely wrong-footed: 1-1 after 80 minutes of play.
The visitors went all out for the win in the final phase. It was still warm in front of De Ketelaere’s goal, but both teams couldn’t force anything anymore. Both teams continue their unbeaten run.
