Hannover 96 has to do without newcomers Benedikt Pichler until further notice. The center forward suffered a band injury on the knee joint in a duel in the second division duel near Dynamo Dresden (2: 2) last Saturday, as the third in the table reported. So far, Pichler had stood in the starting eleven in all seven season games and scored his first goal against Dresden.
Hanover is currently missing Mustapha Bundu (muscular problems) and Taycan Kurt (fabric broken fibula) on the offensive. Pichler had come from Holstein Kiel to the Lower Saxony this summer for 750,000 euros.
