Handball: Norway keeps the EM clean

Third game, third victory: The defending champions from Norway have completed the preliminary round at the handball championship with ease.

After the successes over Croatia and Switzerland, they also prevailed against Hungary (32:22) without any problems and go into the main round, which also takes place in Ljubljana/Slovenia, with four points.

Behind Norway, Croatia and Hungary also qualified in Group A. From Group B in Celje, Denmark, Sweden and hosts Slovenia advanced to the next round with two points each. These six teams are playing for two places in the semi-finals.

The German team is still fighting for entry into the main round in Skopje/Northern Macedonia. The selection Coach Markus Gaugisch meets Spain after beating Poland and losing to Montenegro on Wednesday (8.30 p.m./sportdeutschland.tv). The German group D plays in Podgorica/Montenegro.
