From now on, credit institutions may charge a maximum of 350 euros in administrative costs for taking out a mortgage loan instead of the current ceiling of 500 euros. The Council of Ministers approved a legal text from Minister of Economy Pierre-Yves Dermagne (PS) for this purpose on Thursday.
