“A true shame”: Vlaams Belang resigns from the parliamentary committee after 27 hours of filibuster

Vlaams Belang has resigned from the Home Affairs Committee after 27 hours of filibustering over the EU migration pact. This happened after MR MP Denis Ducarme referred to Article 53 of the House Rules to request the closure of the discussion. The opposition party calls it a “true shame”.
