The unbeaten FC Porto is three points clear of Sporting Portugal thanks to the great victory. For a long time it looked like Porto would suffer damage on Saturday, because halfway through the game, coach Sérgio Conceiao’s team was still 2-0 behind. Mehdi Taremi brought hope back to the visitors with the connecting goal and Luís Diaz scored the equalizer.
That was the moment for Conceiao to bring his son Francisco in the lines. It was he who gave Porto the equalizer just before time. After the game, young Conceiao raced to the sidelines to jump into his father’s arms. For Francisco Conceição, this was his first league goal for Porto.
