Germany objects to green label for natural gas and nuclear energy projects

Nuclear energy should not be designated as a renewable energy source, as Brussels intends. The German government wrote this in a letter letter to the European Commission. Berlin also opposes the commission’s plans to see natural gas and nuclear energy projects as sustainable investments and to provide them with a green label.
