Measures have been announced today in some of our neighboring countries to reduce energy bills for households. In Germany, for example, families with a limited income and students receive a one-off amount to help bear the rising energy prices. In the United Kingdom, a plan is being worked on whereby each family would receive about £200 (converted EUR 240) on their energy bill.
